The exercises are challenging for an out of shape/older person - like me! But I do like the book and have already enjoyed some food choices I've never made before."

The exercises are challenging for an out of shape/older person - like me! But I do like the book and have already enjoyed some food choices I've never made before.
- Great, fantastic recipes
- I'm 1 weeks away from a month. I love the recipes they are delicious and filling. The only down side is how long I spent on google converting some measurements, tempreatures, and looking up certain ingredients names. So far I've lost 10 pounds.
- The 190 page book consists of about 30 pages of information explaining the 2 meal day plan. The rest of the book is all recipes and exercises. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet and am just starting the program. I will update this review when I have results (or lack thereof).
