I have given this book as a gift to other folks who enjoy the art of the pin up and I've used it as a source for doing my own photos and paintings. It's not printed on the best paper but it it nothing but pin up after pin up. Taschen prints the best!
I bought this as a gag gift for my husband of 18 years. I ask him what he liked about it, it wasn't easy to get a review out of him,he liked the naked women. Helpful huh?! Anyway, here's my female/artist point of view. Most of the nudes are modestly posed . There are some overly endowed females. There's a section devoted to rear ends, there's female/female bondage. Even some strange stuff. But I guess by todays standards, this stuff is pretty tame. Want something disturbing? What the heck was GRANNY doing?! Anyway, most guy's will like it.
